How do we get started?

Begin by reaching out through my contact form and telling me a little about your project. Wr’ll discuss your ideas, timeline and budget, then determine the right services for your needs and schedule an initial consultation. I’ll explain the process and fees so you know what to expect before we begin.

Do you work with existing contractors or provide your own?

I’m flexible. If you already have a trusted builder or contractor, I’m happy to collaborate. Otherwise, we can recommend vetted professionals we partner with regularly.I will provode design guidance and coordinate selections with your team so the finish details work together.

What is the typical payment structure?

Design services are billed at an hourly rate. A retainer of 30% of the estimated design fee is due before work begins and is credited toward your design services. Additional design time is billed seperately, and monthly with payment required before the ordering of any materials is placed.
